I was recently asked by Terrorizer Magazine to create a list of the top 10 black metal logos of all time in their new “Secret History of Black Metal” issue. The feature includes images of the logos I found most intriguing as well as a brief analysis on each one. This special and comprehensive issue of Terrorizer will be available in September so be on thelookout; it’s certainly worth picking up!

I’m currently working on a T-Shirt illustration for the legendary Swedish death metal outfit, GRAVE. As you can imagine, this is a huge honor! Please see the sketch below. This is for underground metalheads only!

I was recently commissioned to illustrate a T-shirt for thrash metal legends, SLAYER!  I immediately pulled out my 1983 copy of “Show No Mercy” on vinyl and borrowed inspiration from its classic cover artwork. I’ve included the sketch and final illustration below. I’m hoping this illustration will have some appeal to the older SLAYER fans who still worship their early recordings.
