Galeria de Muerte (Tokyo, Japan) is currently hosting a gallery exhibition titled, “Ultimate Underground,” through the end of December. The exhibit features over 200 underground death/black metal and grindcore fanzine covers, published between the mid 80s through the 90s, from all over the world. I have contributed several of my ‘zine cover illustrations, from the early 90s, for display in the exhibit. My first fanzine cover illustration is one among the many covers pictured below.
